Everything was just delicious and the casual menu suited our plans perfectly.Your staff was wonderful as well and took good care of us throughout the evening.

"Our wedding on 9/3/11 was catered by Saz's and I want to let you know that our expectations were exceeded.

I only remember some of the names of the wonderful staff that day - Brian, Zach, Trey and Tom - but every single person was amazing. Unfortunately, rain caused us to switch locations and push things back an hour only a few hours before the ceremony; not only did the first three guys I mentioned delicately break the news to me that we should strongly consider a rain plan, but everyone from Saz's was sympathetic, gave me time to make decisions, and to top it off, I received a hug and kind words from just about everyone.

Not only were my husband and I totally impressed, but every guest that I spoke with mentioned the delicious food and the wonderful staff. Thank you to everyone that was in Oconomowoc for our wedding. You made such a stressful few hours so much easier on me and helped me to produce a fantastic reception. Thank you again so, so much! Francesca"

MY FAVORITE PART OF THE WEDDING!

Saz's was absolutely AMAZING. We opted for the European Stations with an AMAZING variety of food that ALL of the guests LOVED. Katie, our wedding coordinator, helped with EVERY aspect of rentals and put so much time into it, we felt like the only couple she was working with. We also used them for the brunch the next morning and again the service was GREAT! ALL of the staff was helpful, kind, and worked hard!

I recently used Sazama's Fine Catering at the Marcus Center for the Performing Arts for my wedding. From day one, they were so easy to work with and went above and beyond to make our wedding an amazing experience. Keith and his staff are extremely professional and amazing at what they do. And Chef Andreas' food is simply heavenly. Our guests will not stop talking about how wonderful the food was at our wedding. If you want the finest, go with Saz's!

Okay, that's out of the way. Now let me tell you what a freakin' awesome job Saz's did on our wedding. It was AMAZING. The food was SO good - many of our guests told us it was the best food they've ever had at a wedding.  Guys were high-fiveing Charley because they were so excited about the food.  Charley and I were very well taken care of by the staff and everything happened like clockwork.  We could not have been happier.  Or more impressed.  Seriously.  You all KNOCKED it out of the park.  I will be raving about you all to anyone who will listen for a long time coming.  The quality and "personality" for lack of a better word, were very important to Charley and I, and Saz's delivered on all counts.  And an incredible value.  The ice sculpture and floral arrangements that were included were gorgeous.  People couldn't believe that that was all part of the services Saz's provided.  Beautiful, beautiful job.  Thank you so much.

I just wanted to take a moment to thank you and Saz's for a wonderful experience last night.  Dan was exceptional.  We had numerous compliments on the set-up for the rehearsal party.  He definitely went the extra mile, and was extremely professional.

From the moment he introduced himself when we arrived until he completed packing up to leave, he was friendly, courteous and thorough.  The food was fabulous, it is great to count on Saz's quality time and again, both in the restaurant as well as at home.

I want to thank you (Keith) as well for handling the arrangements.  Your competence and helpfulness certainly helped make the evening an overwhelming success.

WOW!! I am writing to express my deepest gratitude and thanks for the amazing event you recently created for our daughter and son-in-law’s wedding reception. We just had to walk through the doorway of the reception to immediately know that there was nothing to be concerned about as to how the evening would be handled.  The room was breathtaking because you and your staff provided an ambiance that I have only dreamt about.

Your recommendation to do the “food stations” menu was perfect.  Our guests’ heads were spinning trying to figure out how they would be able to enjoy and consume all the different menu choices. With your guidance we were extremely pleased with the variety of our selections. The comments received that night and continue to receive about the food are amazing.  Also, with the number of people invited no one felt cramped or crowded, as you had engineered the tables and the food stations to accommodate our guests to move about freely. Another big plus was that your staff was very attentive to all our needs and that of our guests, which provided us the freedom to enjoy their company.  Please extend to each and every one of them our deepest appreciation for all of their efforts.

Once again, thanks for helping to create the perfect (and it was!) wedding for both families and our guests.  I have to say that this was the nicest and most delicious wedding I have ever attended!

.... Jim was amazing - from our initial meeting at RedPrairie to menu planning, to the night of the event. Katie was (an) excellent manager. Everyone was very helpful the day before and the night of the event. Compliments to the staff. Also, the Head Chef did wonderful things with the menu items. After the event I received the most comments on how great the food was. Keith did an excellent job with the table settings. I was very pleased.

Everything was perfect. Saz's did an outstanding job.
