Saz’s Proudly Debuts its Festival Famous Sour Cream & Chive Fries in Retail Outlets
Sour Cream and Chive Fries
Three-and-a-half semi-trailer trucks of Saz’s Festival Famous Sour Cream & Chive Fries and signature house dressing are sold during the summer festival season. Due to customer demand, the one of a kind fries are also on the regular restaurant menu. Now, Saz’s Festival Famous Sour Cream & Chive Fries will be available locally in Pick N’ Save, Woodman’s and participating Sendik’s stores.
Saz’s Barbecue Products sells Saz’s signature goods in take home, ready-to-heat-and-eat versions. The first Saz’s product was introduced to grocer’s shelves in 1992 when Saz’s Original Barbecue Sauce made its debut. “I’m very proud of this latest retail offering,” says Owner Steve Sazama, who began Saz’s with the opening of Saz’s State House in March 1976. “It took us over two years to come up with a take home, bake-able version of our popular Sour Cream & Chives. The signature house dressing makes the dish. We had to come up with a slight variation of the dressing that could be frozen and thawed while retaining the flavor and creaminess of the original dressing.” That perseverance paid off. On March 5, Saz’s debuts an exceptional product that will transport people back to the memories of their favorite summer festival.
Sour Cream & Chive Fries fans will be a delight to everyone from singles to an always on the go family.
