Sazama's Lakeside Grille at Summerfest Milwaukee World's Largest Music Festival

presented by Fiduciary Management, Inc., is located on the North end of the M&I Classic Rock Stage with Miller Lite and 96.5 WKLH. This beautiful lakefront restaurant borders the cool waters of the Summerfest lagoon.

Beverage service includes a fine selection of wine by the bottle and by the glass, draft beer, soft drinks, lemonade and Arnold Palmers.

Luncheon entree selections include Grilled BLT on fresh baked sourdogh bread, hand pulled Memphis Style BBQ Pork Sandwich or a tender Grilled Chicken Sandwich basted withSaz's Vidalia Onion BBQ Sauce.

On a sunny Summerfest afternoon enjoy a crisp Chipotle Caesar Salad complimented by our delicious Creme Brulee Cheescake paired with a Coppola Pinot Grigio.

Our dinner menu boasts of Saz's Famous BBQ Baby Back Ribs complimented by cheddar grits; Steak Au Poivre with wild mushrooms and leeks, finished with a cognac peppercorn cream.

Tender, pan seared Blackend Salmon with tomato, caper and crawfish saute.

Savour Wild Mushroom Ravioli or Bourbon Street Pasta with snap peas, asparagus and wild mushrooms.

Small Plates

New this year serving 9:00 p.m. - close is our new Small Plate Dinner Menu providing the lighter side dining experience.

Selections of Flatbread Pizzas; Bacon Wrapped Shrimp Lollipops; Slider Sandwiches of beef tenderloin, pulled pork and crab cakes; all with a wonderful array of condiments and sauces.

Prix Fixe Nights
Fireworks Nights June 29 & July 3

The view is spectacular the food is magnificent and the service is exceptional. There is no better place to watch the fireworks than a candlelit lakeside table in the heart of the action.

For these evenings our chefs offer a prix fixe menu in place of our standard dinner menu. This means for one price you will get your choice of an appetizer to share (one per every two guests), a slad, an entree and a dessert.

$40 per guest (gratuity, taxes and beverages additional) 20% gratuity added to tables of 6 or more.

Reservations for Prix Pixe nights are on a first come first serve basis and while all of our seating is excellent, lakefront seating fills quickly. Lakefront seating reserved for groups of 4 or more guests. Tables for 2 will receive best available seating at the time of reservation. $100 deposit required - credit card will be preauthorized. Cancelations must be made 24 hours prior to reservation. Cancellations after 24 hours will forfeit deposit of $100.

Private Parties

Our dining room can be sectioned off to host groups of 10 to 140 guests for any occasion. Space for private parties is available for day or evening events.
