Our" Lunch is Served" menu provides a variety of entree choices and includes your choice of two salads, choice of potato and a choice of a vegetable. Includes dinner rolls & butter

There are several ways to have your event catered:

 

"Delivery & Set-up" Service
Your meal is delivered to your location by our catering staff and is attractively set up and presented with all the equipment, serving utensils, disposable napkins, plates and eating utensils. This is a "self serve" service and we charge a nominal delivery and setup fee. Our staff then leaves to return after your lunch has been completed to pick up all the equipment. This style of service is not recommended for groups over 75. Minimum of 20 guests.

 

Full Service "Stay & Serve" Catering

Our staff will arrive on-site and set-up your luncheon buffet based upon your menu requirements. Prices include all tables, linens and skirting for the food and beverage portion of your event as well as all necessary equipment and disposable serviceware.

Our staff will remain on site to maintain all areas of guests service, monitor and replenish your buffet as needed. Service will be for a maximum of 1.5 hours. Extended serving time can be arranged. There is a staff service charge of 19% ($150.00 minimum) in addition to the per person cost. THis style of service is perfect for any size groups, especially groups of 50 or more. Minimum of 20 guests.

 

Corporate Express - Drop Off - Service

This is perfect for office meetings and smaller groups. Minimum 10 guests for Drop Off Service. Drop Offs do not include chafing dishes or our equipment- everything will be in disposable serving ware. Our driver will arrive and drop off to your specified location. Includes plates,
napkins, flatware. Delivery Fee’s for this service are $10.00 per order (Milwaukee County Only). Additional fees for outlying areas. Pricing based on deliveries between 10am and 3pm. Additional fees may apply outside of these hours. Orders must be placed a minimum of 24 hours in advance.
