Vidalia Onion Meatloaf

Ingredients

2 lb ground beef

2 1/2 oz finely chopped onion

1/3 oz dried parsley

3/4 t black pepper

3/4 t Lawrys seasoning salt

3/4 t granulated garlic

4 shakes of Worcestershire sauce

4 shakes of Maggi liquid seasoning

2 large eggs

3 oz Saz’s Vidalia Onion Barbecue Sauce

4 oz bread crumbs

 

Preparation

In a large bowl combine all ingredients. Mix well and form into a loaf . Place in casserole dish, cover with Vidalia Onion Barbecue Sauce. Bake at 350° for one hour or internal temperature of 160°.
