Saz's Southwest BBQ Chicken Snack

24 2oz portions

Ingredients

1 – 16 oz can refried beans
1 – 9 oz can or jar Nacho cheese dip
1 – 1 lb package SAZ’S BBQ CHICKEN cooked
1 – small can MEXICORN
1 – small can Southwest Black beans

Finely sliced lettuce and chopped green onions to top.

 

Preparation

Spread on plate or pizza pan, refried beans; than Nacho cheese dip. Micro Saz’s BBQ CHICKEN on high, covered for 1 min. or until hot. Break down large tender pieces and using a fork spread over bean and cheese layers. Open and drain and rinse Southwestern black beans; drain can of Mexicorn. Spread over above layers. Top with lettuce and green onions. Then ENJOY!!
