Sassy BBQ Chicken Appetizer


Ingredients

8 oz. cream cheese

8 oz. sour cream

2 tablespoons chicken taco seasoning mix

8 oz. Saz's Shredded BBQ Chicken

½ head iceburg lettuce, shredded

4oz cheddar or pepperjack cheese, shredded

½ cup onion, diced small

1 Tomato, diced medium

2 T Cilantro, chopped fine

1 Jalapeno, sliced thin

 

Preparation

Mix cream cheese and sour cream together and spread on a serving plate.

Heat 8 oz. of SAZ’s BBQ Chicken on stove top or in the microwave, until heated through.

Spoon heated BBQ Chicken on top of base.

Top with cheddar or pepperjack cheese, shredded lettuce, onions, tomatoes, cilantro & jalapeno peppers.
