Understanding how important it is to be aware of Celiac Disease in the restaurant industry Saz’s State House Restaurant is now proud to introduce our new Gluten Free Menu.
Our chefs are taking every precaution to prepare our Gluten Free menu items so that we minimize cross contact, but our kitchen is not entirely free of products that do contain gluten, so we ask that you follow your own guidelines in ordering.
All Gluten Free menu items are prepared separately, not in combination with foods containing gluten.

Saz's Gluten Free Barbecue Sauces
Saz's delicious barbecue sauces are gluten free and fat free. Saz's Original Barbecue Sauce is a mild savory sauce, with a perfectly balanced tag to the taste buds.
