Beef Kabobs

8 Kabobs

Ingredients

2 pounds of beef tenderloin., cut into 1 inch cubes

one red, one green pepper, cut into one inch pieces

one red onion, cut into one inch pieces

package of cherry tomatoes

package of mushrooms

other vegetables as desired

Saz's Vidalia onion barbecue cooking sauce

Lawry's Seasoned Salt

 

Preparation

Thread vegetables and tenderloin onto skewers, alternating vegetables and meat. Leave enough room on the end of the skewer to turn.

Season skewers with Seasoned Salt.

Place skewers at least one inch apart on grill grate. Grill skewers 6 inches from heat for 10 to 12 minutes for medium. Adjust time up or down according to desired degree of doneness.
